Examinations
Our thorough eye examinations not only measure visual acuity and the need for glasses or contact lenses, but also include extensive examinations testing for eye diseases such as glaucoma, cataracts, macular degeneration, and retinal diseases. Additionally, we closely look at your eye muscle functions and eye efficiencies.


Optical Dispensary
Our optical laboratory has the latest in equipment to not only fabricate your glasses, but to maintain and repair them, should they become broken or damaged. We are able to tint, coat, harden and edge spectacle lenses. We are able to provide you with any frame or any lens design that is found in the world. We offer a wide selection of the highest quality traditional and designer frames, as well as the best optical lenses. Our warranties are the best anywhere, and our spectacle and frame fees are consistenly below average for the area.

Contact Lenses
We are proud of our excellence and problem-solving in contact lenses and contact lens research. We prescribe and evaluate all major brands of soft and rigid contact lenses. Additionally, we prescribe custom designed contact lenses for special needs as well as special eye problems. Specialized fitting may include: Monovision, bifocal contact lenses, astigmatism contacts, Ortho K and Keratoconus, and post radial keratoconus and corneal transplants.

Vision Therapy
Seeing clearly is not enough. For many people, reading and hand-eye coordination tasks can be very difficult. The act of sight not only includes one's eyes, but it also includes the neurological activity which processes the visual information. Throwing a ball or skiing down a hill, is a learned activity. To do either well takes practice. Those who do it best are those who started learning at the earliest age. Sight plays an important role in the learning of these activities. Sight is the steering mechanism. It is the main activity that provides feedback regarding what really is happening. We provide Vision Therapy to help individuals learn how to process visual information and develop better hand-eye coordination skills. We are internationally known for our work in improving visual performance and efficiency. We can help children with school difficulties as well as office workers with eye fatigue.

Eye Surgery
Our office provides many of the surgical services such as: Cataract surgery, Laser surgery, refractive surgery and strabismic surgery. We offer this in conjunction with selected eye surgeons. Additionally, we have working arrangements established with other specialized eye care doctors to manage ocular conditions such as retinal detachments, retinal tears and hemorrhages. We provide these services under a co-management program with affiliated doctors. You, the patient, benefit from the cooperative and combined efforts of doctors working together on your behalf.

Therapeutics, Glaucoma & Eye Disease
Our Doctors are board-certified in Therapeutics by the Texas Optometry Board to diagnose and treat Glaucoma, eye disease, injuries, infections and inflammations with prescription medication. We are available to provide immediate assistance for ocular emergencies during or after business hours.

Laser Vision Correction
Both Custom PRK and Custom blade-free Intralase LASIK are permanent procedures that can change the way you view the world. The laser can correct nearsightedness, farsightedness and astigmatism and most people return to normal activities within one to three days. The vast majority of patients who have had the procedure are able to pass a driver's test without glasses or contacts. We provide free consultations and affordable payment plans for patients interested in laser vision correction. As always, we provide personal start to finish laser corrective surgery care and management for our patients.
